Since the amount of time spent in front of the computer is on the continuous growth we should pay special attention to our body posture. It is our backbone, location of feet and arms and the distance between the eyes and the screen which are crucial for keeping our body in proper condition. During the short but quite long 1-month mobility with the Romanian students we discussed all the disadvantages of incorrect body posture. We talked about the possible benefits of spending time in a proper position, such as bigger amount of oxygen, easier blood flow, avoiding muscle cramps. Next we took photos of both proper body posture and the one which we all should avoid.
