The Fitness Challenge

First, the sports teacher explained to the students the safety rules and how to operate and use the four sorts of fitness machines: bikes, rowing machines, running machines and elliptical trainers. Two teams of two students were formed, including a French student and his or her partner. The teacher gave the rules of the competition: each pair had to work out on each machine for three minutes as fast as possible, with the aim of burning as many calories as possible. After every three- minute session, each pair wrote the amount of calories burnt on the board. The students make a lot of efforts and gave everything of themselves. The challenge was huge and they all tried to win. Gabriel and Kameron won the competition.
