Our pupils had a rebound workshop during their mobility Erasmus+ Body in Hull.
We went to a trampoline park. We removed our shoes and put on special socks. An instructor explained the safety rules and the importance of respecting them.

This activity enabled the students to realize the importance of respecting body protection rules for themselves and for the others. They also improved their body balance and flexibility. Finally, they experienced well-being. As well as accessing an education, ideally the students need to learn how to believe in themselves and create purpose for themselves. If well-being is established in children at a young age then it is more likely to play a part in their life as they get older. People are more likely to experience positive psychology if they take in the good things in each experience or situation.
