Only girls were eager to participate in aerobic classes and a dance session. In the beginning they did some integrating, warming-up exercises as the girls from four schools were involved. They did some muscular-strength exercises, followed by ones focused on stretching and flexibility. They also performed a lot of different dance-like exercises. After that a dance instructor taught them modern dance moves. All these activities increased their stamina, endurance, they felt more confident and spirited. Adopting aerobic exercises as a daily routine is not guaranteed after this session, however, it was a step forward a good habit. After that the students prepared a booklet demonstrating some basic aerobic exercises.
